The Lakeview Village Healthcare Services Path
Short Stay Rehabilitation
After a hospitalization, don’t go home alone. Use your Medicare eligible rehabilitation days for further recovery in a private room with our 5 Star and US News Best rated care and support including nursing, physical, speech and occupational therapy.
* Long Term Care is available for those unable to return to their home. Home Health
Short-term, goal-oriented medical care and support provided in the comfort of your own home. Whether your goal is to return to your normal daily routine or to manage a chronic condition, our nurses and therapists work closely with you and your doctor to accomplish those goals.
Outpatient Therapy
Once your recovery has advanced, you can continue your therapy at one of our seven outpatient therapy locations. Outpatient therapy is also available even if you haven’t been in the hospital but have seen a decline in your balance, mobility, vision or any ability in your daily routine.
