Northern Colorado. As we publish this annual edition, we are making great strides in our recovery from a pandemic. We are collectively breathing a cautious sigh of relief as our community reopens and continue to be hopeful as we watch the numbers of vaccinated people grow. While we navigate our new normal, the Seniors Blue Book is here to help. We have worked diligently to bring you the most up to date and accurate information. But, the one thing we can count on is change, so we encourage you to do your homework and research options.

As a tried and true ‘Authoritative Publication’ our entire mission is to provide our readership with everything they need to navigate the resources they need – and share resources they might not even realize exists. This guide is divided into three colored tabbed sections (Housing, Health at Home and Community Resources).
