Letter From Publisher/Contact Information

DEAR SENIORS, PROFESSIONALS, AND FRIENDS OF THE SENIORS BLUE BOOK:

Welcome to the 2022-2023 Seniors Blue Book for Colorado’s Western Slope! This year we are excited to have added in 5 new counties! Jackson, Moffat, Grand, Rio Blanco and Routt counties are now represented where we were able to verify those resources. As we get to know this new area, if you know of resources we missed, please reach out to introduce yourself and let us know.

The past 2 years have reinforced to us the need to have good accurate information, and that is just what we strive to bring our readers. We call every number in the book, verify licensing where it’s available and we get to know our partners. I still encourage you to do your research, check the Medicare.gov website, check the Colorado state website for occurrence reports, and ask your friends. Thanks for taking the first step to ensuring you use the right resources by picking up the Seniors Blue Book. We try to make finding the information you need easy by dividing the book into 3 easy to use sections. The blue is where you will find resources, the purple tabs indicate our home health section, and the green tabs is housing. In both sections you will find housing resources, along with comparison grids and definitions. As you look through the book, be sure to stop and read the articles. Our articles are all written by experts in their fields in hopes of providing just a bit more information so you can make your best choices.

We are proud to have launched a whole new web experience at SeniorsBlueBook. com. Our all new search engine will easily help you navigate resources, find informative articles and videos, fill up your calendars with events and fun activities thought out the community, and you can even chat with one of our online resource specialistst! Be sure to book mark us so you can find us easily for any search you need.

Thank you again for picking up your copy of the Seniors Blue Book. Reach out to us with comments, suggestions or resources we may have missed. Here’s to healthy aging!
