Embracing the collaborative spirit. Finding art for a nursery is a very personal experience and often the most daunting when decorating for a new baby. You want something unique and special that expresses your own design sensibilities, while still feeling fresh and youthful - it is for a baby’s room, afterall! Senn & Sons takes a fresh approach to nursery art - bold colors, organic shapes and a handmade feel. Our art starts with ink on paper and paint on canvas to create the perfect hand-crafted designs. That unique approach appealed to specialty baby boutique Sprout San Francisco, who wanted to offer their customers something exlusive and special. We joined forces to create a new line of art prints that can only be found at Sprout stores in New York, Brooklyn, San Francisco, Mill Valley and Chicago.

The collection was designed to pair with another exclusive collection – beautiful, handmade organic bedding from Raksha Bella. The six-shade color palette is vibrant and bold, but also sophisticated with a natural feel. It coordinates perfectly with the textiles and the colors chosen all work together seamlessly, creating a unique and flexible look.

Designs inspired by the natural forms in the textiles. Along with the vibrant color palette, Senn & Sons also took inspiration from the gorgeous intricate block printed patterns found in the bedding collections. From concentric circles, organic shapes and elements as well as animals and nature, our print designs draw from these repeating elements, creating a story told across three panels. Our own unique sense of whimsy and handmade lines makes the prints perfect for a stylish little one’s nursery.

Custom designed in-store elements make it easy for customers and store associates. To ensure customers have all the right info about the art and options available, we developed custom instore materials for display along with easy-to-use order forms for store associates. The result was a personal, yet completely seamless and straightforward system for customers to order prints.
