Brief Design a rural primary health care for the people with a minor OT complex as part of the design and IP ward with three beds each for Men & Women. OPD department with both ayurvedic and allopathy medicines,
The Primary element of healing is the Sunlight. The design is made sure every part of the PHC (Primary Health care) center is facilitated with Sunlight.

Aim The aim of my project is to design a mixed-use skyscraper inspired from my dissertation topic (Vertical Urbanization - A study of skyscrapers Mumbai), which is residential, commercial, office, Hotels, service apartments, vertical farming, hospitals, parks in a single tower so to improve more walking environment and public transport due to proximity.

The skyscraper has one of the important factors to consider aesthetically, that is the visual and physical impact of the skyscraper over the city. The skyline of the Mumbai city to be clearly analyzed.
