4. Step wise Procedure: •Pour third full cold milk into a metal steaming pitcher. And ensure that you release the steam from steaming wand in order to eliminate any residual water. •Now after dipping the tip of the wand into milk start the jet. As soon as the foam rises the volume of milk starts increasing.

•Make sure the frothed milk reaches the temperature of at least 65 degrees but avoid a higher temperature as it may burn the milk. •As the foam rises, to compress it tap the base of the metal pitcher firmly.

• Now prepare an espresso in an ideal cappuccino cup. Pour the steamed milk and start spooning the foam. •You may operate the steam twice to remove the residuals of milk.
