PROJECT: Dining & patio design proposal for a resuarant re-design in White Rock, B.C. for Concrete Cashmere Designs. to elevate the design from the current sports bar to a more modern, upscale look. CONCEPT: “Bright Industrial”
Creating a modern yet cozy atmosphere that played upon the building’s existing industiral features such as high windows and beams. A mix of classic industrial features with pops of softer elements such as patterns and plants creates a warm and welcoming environment for all patrons. FEATURES: Bright blue accents that pop on the classic tan leather, beautiful plant wall and column details coincide with the huge windows, bringing a summer feel all year round.

PROJECT: Transform two bedrooms and a powder room into a beautiful master bathroom, walk in closet and ensuite in this charming Calgary home for Studio SM Designs.
CONCEPT: “Glam Room”
The goal was to play on the home’s existing charm and character with a fun, modern twist; bright, clean, and a little bit of glam. Playful details catch your eye at every corner while the room still feels fresh and calm. FEATURES: Gold details, bold black bathtub, and of course this eye-catching patterned tile.

PROJECT: Full re-design of this industrial office space including IFT & IFC drawings, material selection, furniture and lighting sourcing at Aura Office Environments. Designed a custom kitchen and feature walls with company branding. CONCEPT: “Play Office”
The client wanted an office that fostered collaboration and fun, bringing a playful element of ping pong tables and a kitchen that acts as a meeting place for this tight knit team. Playing on the industrial elements of the space, we brought in classic materials and personal brand touches to bring their dream office to life. FEATURES: Custom kitchen design including live wood coffee bar, live moss feature wall design with company logo and exposed ceiling with unique lighting features.

GOAL: Developed full IFP, IFT and IFC sets for two floors of this law office renovation, including office space and a large lounge area to be used by staff and visitors.
CONCEPT:
Find a balance between modern and traditional. Maintaining the existing wood details and traditional office layout while bringing in vibrant and oppulent details that will inspire awe from employees and visitors alike. FEATURES: Detailed wood paneling, custom seating along windows with beautiful contrast stiching, peek-a-boo shelving units and tile detailling.

CONCEPT: “Golden Hour”
The design will bring nature into the home with textural elements, organic shapes and materials, and lots of natural light. The Legg home will capture the beauty of golden hour and will provide a unique and functional space for the Legg family to enjoy their wide range of interests & activities. FEATURES: Double height ceilings, indoor/outdoor living via large nana doors in the living and dining areas. Wood slat features in entryway and millwork lead the way for warm tones and modern furniture throughout.
