Heat trays of food, lid on, until internal temperature of 165F. Here are some basic guidelines:
Place trays of food , with lid still on, directy into a chafing dish and be sure the sternos are lit.
Pasta dishes: 375F for 1 hour Meat dishes: 375F for 1 hour Seafood dishes: 375F for 45 minutes Eggplant dishes: 375F for 1 hour Vegatable dishes: 375F for 45 minutes
If not serving immediately, keep food in an oven at 200F, lid on, until ready to serve.
OTHER THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND *50% deposit is required for all orders over $500, this goes toward the final cost of the order *same day cancelations will be charged 50% of the total order Also, we make every effort to insure our menu pricing is accurate and up to date. However, we reserve the right to make minor menu selection/pricing changes whenever necessary Please inquire about delivery and rental of racks, sternos & water pans
