RADIAL DISTRICT MARIO PANI COMPETITION VITRO WORKSHOP

The Radial District offer to the Mexico city an urban detonator of a mix of programs of mixed-use housing, commercial, office, recreational areas and green areas. Having in mind the original grid of the Benito Juarez housing, we consider to conservate the existing buildings and to project a memorial in the demolished buildings.

LIBRARY SPATIAL INTERVENTION VITRO WORKSHOP

The Tec de Monterrey is demanding a new offer of buildings to satisfy the necessities of the students, like the library for an example. We proposed a new program and use for the library, instead of being a closed building, we proposed to open it to the university with open facades and permeable spaces.

The Architecture school at the Tec of Monterrey is looking forward proposal for the new spatial distribution inside the core of the building. The proposal for the interior design of the building was to distribute in a more logical and clear way the necessary program for the school.

THE NODE LEGORRETA - TAGLIABUE WORKSHOP

In the workshop Legorreta - Tagliabue I worked in the zone of Tacubaya in Mexico City, capital of Mexico. The area contain a mix context due to its privileged geographical position. In northern limits, there is no conception of the pedestrian, a strange paradox because it is limited by the Chapultepec Park, largest park in Latin America. 10 times larger than Central Park. Â The proposal is a residential tower that serves as a trigger node communication for people who want to enter and exit the park, also providing them with activities.

FOSTER THE PEOPLE A PLACE FOR THE MIGRANT

The proposal explores the fact that terrestrial transport to promote a more equitable space, also creating a replicable model capable to relive the train journey, even as primary communication channel, promoting the involvement with the rest of society and seeking to justify natural migration of the time. This project means the nomadic tendency of human beings, and it clearly aims through alternative operation model, in which all parties benefited out.

BUILDING INFORMATION MODELING KNOWLEDGE

One of BIM’s prominent advantages is to encourage more collaboration among those involved in the design and construction of a building. By sharing digital drawings at the outset of a project design consultants as well as builders and trades can resolve design problems early in the construction process rather than halfway to completion or, even worse, afterwards. Participants can share and review the base digital drawings of a project with each invited to make changes to the imagery to optimize design and construction solutions.

EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITY

I’m always looking for what’s next.
