ACCESSING YOUR STUDENT’S RECORDS

The Parent Portal within our JICS system gives parents and other designated parties the ability to view student information based on what a student wants to share . . . helping SEU meet the requirements of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) . This portal is a helpful communication tool between you as a parent, your student, and SEU . However, in order to abide by FERPA, your student must designate you as an approved party before you can see any of their SEU-related records . For more details, visit SEU.edu/parentportal.

Get Fire Ready!

Fire Ready is the official clearance process of SEU. In order for your student to be able to start their semester on time, please ensure that all steps in this process are completed before their arrival on campus each semester. Your student can check their Fire Ready status at any time in the JICS Student Portal.
