Disbursement Funding Facility (DCF)

Can be used to fund disbursements and issue fees on an individual file basis including releasing cash tied up in disbursements already incurred releasing up 100% of the external disbursements incurred on each case. We can release cash on dibs already purchased

Costs Advance Funding (CAF)

This is our most popular product and comparable to invoice discounting and can be used when a law firm has won a case and the bill of costs has been served.

VFS will advance funds against the settlement of the expected costs. This enables the firm to negotiate the right settlement and not accept a lower offer just to get the case settled.

High Costs Case Funding (HCF)

For higher-value cases where there is an admission of liability, VFS can release part of the WIP and disbursements to date. This aids cashflow and is repaid upon the natural conclusion of the case.
