Materials: Cut 6.5�x24� main fabric One hair band Step 1: Cut the fabric.
Step 2: Fold the fabric like an accordion and wrap the hair band over it.
Step 3: Wrap the fabric over the hair band right sides together. Pin the raw edges facing outward.
Step 4: Start 3� from one short end and sew clockwise around the scrunchy, stopping 3� from the opposite short end.
Step 5: Flip fabric right side out.
Step 6: Sew the short raw edges right sides together.
Step 7: Iron the opening closed and sew.
