One persons’ congestion is another’s profit.
The primary idea revolves around creating a focal point in the transportation network that seamlessly integrates different modes of transport and to create a gateway to Pune that ensures its position in the city’s landmark.
The project demads to create transit, shopping and Office Facilities. The key aspect focuses on introducing a public realm between every function mix in order to activate the hub, that could also act as a transition space between these spaces which is the core idea of architectural osmosis. It allowed us to achieve a proper balance of crowd concentrarion among these spaces.
Osmosis is a chemical a process by which molecules of a solvent tend to pass through a semipermeable membrane from a less con centrated solution into a more concentrated one. Through architec ture we tend to achieve proper balance of crowd concentration in different spaces (transit & commercial).

Small Neighbourhood Design with population of 2500-3000 is re quired. Site selection is open. Site must include Primary School, Convenience shop & Community center. Proper open green space must be provided. Studying & Analysing sociology, psychology as well as need of the time, Neighbourhood has been developed. LIG & EWS Compus in Fractal form created around Plaza at focus.
Inclusive Design is my prime concept in approaching Neighbourhood. Segregation of different blocks are governed by site challenges & needs. LIG & EWS is located nearby public transportation point. Micro environment alongwith Community feeling has been encorporated in HIG Blocks. MIG Complex has been designed taking care of Sustainabilty.
Employment Sustainability of EWS & UG is addressed by extra Commercial Shops as the surrounding demands

The significance of Design Problem Commercial Complex Design is to generate maximum Revenue from the site. The designing should be sincerely done to maximise the profit. Keeping this as prime importance, I have selected Revenue as my concept. Tenant mix is a combination of factors, including the proportion of space or num ber of units occupied by different retail types, as well as the relative placement of tenants in the centre’.
