Describe what is to be done: Demolition of existing structures. New project will provide 2 below grade levels of parking with +1- 100 stalls, +I 10,000 sq.ft. of retail at the ground floor and residential units above. The residential component will include a tower sitting on an eighty five foot podium with a unit count of approximately 449 units. The tower will be 400 feet in height.
