♦ Unless otherwise specified, all expenses will be charged to the credit card used for bidding.

♦ As a bidder you agree to honor the bids you submit.

♦ It is the bidder’s responsibility to verify the number of the item for which a bid is being made.

♦ All bids are final. No refunds or exchanges will be made.

♦ All items are “as is.”

♦ All values quoted are provided by the donor only and are not warranted by St. Francis High School.

♦ Goods and services expire one year from the auction unless noted otherwise in the package certificate.

♦ It is the bidder’s responsibility to make arrangements with the donor for all goods and services.
