Cupcakes Galore - Folded Card In addition to the logo design, as part of the branding, we produced a business card & leaflet combined. After researching various options, this gave us a great way of advertising the company's products as a leaflet would do but in a more "chic" and practical way in that it can be folded and kept in someone's wallet as a business card. The card folds as a tent card...similar to a place card you'd find at a wedding (bridesto-be being major clients!). The overall look and design gives a luxury image for the luxury products they sell! AAA Plumbing – Vehicle Graphics This was created as a large format vehicle wrap for AAA Plumbing's new company van. Carolyn Ling Financial Planning – Editorial Advert Carolyn wanted an improvement on her previous year's advert (not designed by SFR!) and wanted a fresh and personal editorial advert to go in a local publication. JK Audio Visual – Advertising Banner This was printed as an 8' x 3' banner, currently on display at the side of the cricket pitch at Newport Cricket Club. JK Audio Visual specialise in supply and installations of home automation, audio and visual products for the home and business. They needed something simple and striking yet easy enough to read and understand what the company does from a distance of 50 metres...and I think we succeeded! G.H.o.S.T. – Directory front cover A local traders association that was set up to help the local economy released an annual directory. I designed the front cover to represent the group. A collage of various beauty spots was an obvious tribute and after playing photographer for the day, I put all the pictures together to create a simple and attractive image for the cover. Eco Crane Solutions - Logo A new company, Eco Crane Solutions, required a full branding package - the first job was to create a logo to represent the business. A visual hook (the bird - or crane to be specific!) gives people something to remember and associate with the company name. The colours tie in with the "eco" theme that the company prides itself on. The full company name was shortened to an abbreviation to make the logo easier to recognise and simplify the design, keeping it a manageable shape and size for any promotional materials. Being just over the road from our office gave us a great opportunity to work closely with the owner and create several pieces of work to coincide with the launch – including new restaurant menu, bar & lounge menu and promotional vouchers. St Lawrence’s Day Nursery – Pocket Folder Brochure A local daycare nursery that wanted to refresh their old literature. Using an original pencil drawing, we re-created and enhanced their existing logo, combining it with a slight amendment to text layout and colour gradient background. We had the design digitally printed onto 350gsm board with plastic pockets to contain their literature inserts which created beautiful, professional brochure presentation folders. SFR Design – My branding and stationery! I also needed a logo, business cards and letterhead and I designed my own...often more difficult than designing for someone else! For the business cards, I decided to design a two-sided card to give it a more fun and slightly indulgent look...it's representing design services after all! The reverse of the card doesn't have to be used for displaying further company information, it can also be used as a design statement; something that makes it different and fun! Different print effects can make all the difference...for the reverse image, I had an effect called Spot UV applied to just the pink butterfly which gave it a raised gloss film and really makes it stand off the page. Kirsty Jones Personal Training – Logo Design Kirsty, based in Cleobury Mortimer, Shropshire, wanted a logo designed to represent her business and help to attract a more serious client base who are interested in the more intense fitness programme. A strong, sharp design is what we wanted to achieve to reflect her working methods. The new logo will be used across her branding to include her website, car graphics and uniform motifs.
