HOST A PRIVATE EVENT AT SHOWCASE
The San Francisco Decorator Showcase is the West Coast’s premier design event, and takes place late April to late May Every year, more than 16,000 people visit Showcase for a few different events that we host at the house, a museum-like tour experience, a private hosted event, or a special "Preview party." Showcase is a unique and beloved San Francisco tradition entering its 46th year this spring.
Showcase is a great way to experience San Francisco and learn about the history of this special city. Decorator Showcase often takes place in some of the city’s oldest neighborhoods. Most of the homes are grand and span multi-stories. Some homes have been privy to Hollywood filming or historic gatherings. Others have million-dollar views Every house is unique which makes the Decorator Showcase an interesting and new experience each year
Each year, there is an application process where designers submit proposals to redesign parts of the Decorator Showcase home These are thoroughly vetted and reviewed by our Design Advisory Board As a result, you and your guests will be walking through a museum-like home of beautifully designed spaces, by 20-30 designers, all under one roof. Your guests have the opportunity to chat with designers directly, learning about their vision and creative process.
Our most popular private party events are booked by real estate brokers and companies, design industry wholesalers, and private wealth managers and investors, who use the home to entertain established and potential clients. The space is also perfect for engagement parties, bridal showers, graduation parties, milestone anniversary parties, networking events, and more

Caterers, event staff and hosts enter at 4:30 PM
Fee includes 25+ participating Showcase designers who answer questions and 5 Showcase staff and volunteers who assist guests.
Street parking is extremely limited. Hosts contract with a valet or rideshare company
Hosts contract with one of three approved catering companies. Hors d'oeuvres or buffet (e.g., oysters bars) are options; sitdown dinner is not available.
Rental fee includes cleaning.
