Hometown Pride Youth Photography Contest Entry & Release Form The undersigned hereby certify the photograph named above is their work, and that they have chosen to enter it in the Hometown Pride Youth Photography Contest. By entering, the undersigned grant Sequim Gazette and Castell Insurance the right to show without cost the photograph named above, or portions thereof, for promotion of the Hometown Pride Youth Photography Contest and/or public information purposes of Sequim Gazette or Castell Insurance. In consideration thereof, Sequim Gazette and Castell Insurance agree to give credit by name to individual photographers whenever the photograph, or a portion thereof, is shown. Indemnification Agreement – The undersigned acknowledge and agree that it is the sole responsibility of the photographer and their parents or guardians to obtain copyright owner’s permission for any and all copyrighted material used in photographs produced by them, and to pay all fees and expenses associated therewith. Photographers and their parents or guardians agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sequim Gazette and Castell Insurance, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and/or assigns from any and all liabilities, penalties, fees, and/or damages of every kind and nature whatsoever, including attorney’s fees and court costs, which may be incurred on account of their failure to do so. Photographers may only enter one time with no more than three photographs in their entry. Photographers must be between 6th and 12th grade to participate. Entries will be accepted from September 23, 2013 through November 19, 2013.
