GOD God loves you and has a plan for you!

The Bible says, “God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son [Jesus Christ], that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life” (John 3:16). Jesus said, “I came that they may have life and have it abundantly” — a complete life full of purpose (John 10:10).

Here's the problem: man is sinful and separated from God. We have all done, thought or said bad things, which the Bible calls “sin.” The Bible says, “All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23). The result of sin is death, spiritual separation from God (Romans 6:23). The good news?

God sent His Son to die for your sins!

Jesus died in our place so we could have a relationship with God and be with Him forever. “God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us” (Romans 5:8). But it didn’t end with His death on the cross. He rose again and still lives! “Christ died for our sins. … He was buried. … He was raised on the third day, according to the Scriptures” (1 Corinthians 15:3-4). Jesus is the only way to God. Jesus said, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father, but through Me” (John 14:6).

Would you like to receive God’s forgiveness? We can’t earn salvation; we are saved by God’s grace when we have faith in His Son, Jesus Christ. All you have to do is believe you are a sinner, that Christ died for your sins, and ask His forgiveness. Then turn from your sins—that’s called repentance. Jesus Christ knows you and loves you. What matters to Him is the attitude of your heart, your honesty. We suggest praying the prayer below to accept Christ as your Savior.

MISTAKES TO AVOID BEING YOUR OWN BOSS

For greater success, please avoid these 5 mistakes often made by the self-employed: MISTAKE 1: Thinking that a long client list is the secret to success. Self-employed people often are advised to gather as many clients as possible as quickly as possible. This is supposed to warrant against the possibility of losing a client or two. The danger is that you will spend a lot of time finding and winning clients while neglecting the ones you already have. When customer service suffers so will your bottom line. That saying is “always” true. Make your goal to cultivate “anchor” clients that you can count on for the years to come.

MISTAKE 2: Overlooking valuable networking opportunities. Taking the time to invest in attending local networking opportunities accomplishes several things. You put a face to your company, you meet new people and build lasting relationships, you educate your community on who and what you do and you learn more creative ways to better your company. Social-media interest groups is another great way to network. Search for appropriate groups on Facebook by typing relevant words in Facebook’s search bar and then click on “Groups” on the results page.

MISTAKE 3: Undercharging. Most people set their prices too low when they first become self-employed. You are now responsible for your own health insurance, retirement plan contributions, marketing expenses and office expenses. Make sure you do the research to discover the average cost for what you are providing.

MISTAKE 4: Getting work but not getting paid. Many times getting the client to pay the bill is the most difficult part of a job. Before you work with a new client for the first time, enter the client’s company name into a search engine along with words such as “unpaid,” “bills” or “warning.” Proceed with extreme caution if you find warnings from other professionals who struggled to get paid by this client. If you are working with a first time client, it may be wise to get some payment up front or at least at small milestones. MISTAKE 5: Not knowing what is next. Don’t become so focused on a particular project to where you fail to invest the time to line up the next job, leading to a work gap. Break away from your project enough to bid on new jobs so that the approval process can be completed in time for you to move to that job when needed. 10

What is Life Coaching?

Some consider it a modern form of counselling, others an expensive agony aunt and by many a by-product of American’s attitude to chasing the proverbial dream. The truth couldn’t be more different. Life coaching has grown to be a hugely successful form of talking therapy, to the extent that it has helped turn people’s lives around. Life coaching is a widely misunderstood approach. A life coach is someone that looks to empower others by helping them make, meet and exceed goals in both their personal and professional lives. Three words can be used to describe what a life coach does: • Guidance is the life coach providing the tools and support for someone to broaden their perspective and open their mind, enabling them to reach their goals. • Empowerment is helping the individual realize their own self-worth and self-belief that has for one reason or another, diminished. • Improvement in the sense that an individual will go from where they are to where they want to be, in effect reaching their goal. When buying a house, finding someone who is trustworthy is an important first step. Here are a few points to consider, to make the process a little less overwhelming:

Don’t make large purchases Purchasing new furniture, or opening a new line of credit before you close on your house can affect the debt-to-income ratio, and new accounts or high balances can result in credit being pulled again. All of this could delay the process or cause you to be denied from your loan.

2. Make Sure to provide paperwork on time Many borrowers don’t provide paperwork to the lender when requested. Experts say failure to secure a home loan in a timely manner typically represents the No. 1 threat to a buyer’s ability to purchase a home. Make sure to find a lender early in your home search process and get pre-approved for a loan.

3. the settlement statement may shock you Everyone should have a chance to review the form that itemizes fees and other closing costs related to a real estate transaction before the close. The home along with other nursing homes and hospitals in Israel is required to upgrade its facility to meet the new regulations and standards mandatory by the state. We will add a nursing-ward to our current facility, which we did not have before, in order to keep our doors open.

STEPS TO ENHANCE YOUR PETS QUALITY OF LIFE

1. EXERCISE Staying active is crucial to staying healthy. Taking your dog for a walk every day is good for you and your pet. The length of time and the intensity will be determined by your dog’s stamina and fitness level. For your cat: Buy a few interactive cat toys (including wand toys, such as Da Bird) and exercise your cat at least 10 minutes a day.

2. HEALTH DIET If your pets are doing well on their current food, there is no reason to change just because they have turned a certain age. Your veterinarian can offer further advice. And of course, clean fresh water should be available at all times in more than one place.

3. KEEP TEETH AND GUMS HEALTHY A healthy mouth does not smell. Gums should not be red or bleeding. Brushing a few times a week can help keep your pet’s mouth healthy. Use pet enzyme toothpaste and a toothbrush made for animals. For more instruction, check with your veterinarian.

4. REGULAR VETERINARY CARE Immune systems can weaken with age, making an older pet more susceptible to disease and infection. Vaccinations should be kept current and a regular physical check by the vet can help prevent illness.

5. DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY? An older cat or dog may become more easily agitated and act out with aggressive behavior that is uncommon for them. There is a type of senility that pets can develop which can cause this change in behavior. Any changes in the home environment, especially if there will be new pets, pet sitters or other visitors coming into your home, should be done gradually. 38
