SGN Natural Gas – SMP Response Statement

1.

This SMP Response Statement (Statement) is effective from 1st November 2016.

2.

Where in accordance with Section L4.6 of the Distribution Network Code a User submits a SMP Request, SGN Natural Gas Limited (SGN Natural Gas) has agreed with the Authority the following target response times in respect of NDM Supply Meter Points and DM Supply Meter Points.

In relation to SMP Requests in relation to NDM Supply Meter Points the target response times are:

(a)

where submitted in a batch of less than ten (10) SMP Requests, within three (3) Business Days;

(b)

where submitted in a batch of between ten (10) and twenty fifty (25) SMP Requests, within five (5) Business Days; and

(c)

where submitted in a batch of more than twenty five (25) SMP Requests, on a reasonable endeavours basis.

In relation to SMP Requests in relation to DM Supply Meter Points the target response times are: (a)

where submitted in a batch of less than five (5) SMP Requests, within three (3) Business Days;

(b)

where submitted in a batch of between five (5) and fifteen (15) SMP Requests, within five (5) Business Days; and

(c)

where submitted in a batch of more than fifteen (15) SMP Requests, on a reasonable endeavours basis.

This Statement shall remain in effect until such time as SGN Natural Gas revises this Statement with the written consent of the Authority in accordance with Section L4.13 of the Distribution Code.
