01 RESIDENTIAL TOWNSHIP This 17.5 acres of land was to be developed with housing units of varying typology. Row houses, semi-detached duplexes, bungalows; 1,2 and 3BHK apartments were to be provided. A circle represents wholeness, infinity and harmony. A cirlce has no end, so does knowlede and creativity. Curves tend to represent flexibility and innovation. As a school is the primary education centre, it must be the place which encourages a child to explore more. Hence, the form is developed.

03 CAFETERIA DESIGN A public garden is being developed by Aurangabad Municipal Corporation on the southern side of Beed by pass road. The total area of the garden is about 2 Acres. The area of the proposed site of the cafeteria is about 0.80 acres.

The idea of making a free standing structure was to make the space look bigger. The glass curtain walls help to connect the interiors with the exteriors. Presence of greenery and water bodies makes the space tranquil and refreshing.
