EXPERIENCE
SHABNAM JAVANSHIR AFSHAR Architect / Interior Designer I have pursued a bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering at Azad University of Tehran South Branch. Throughout my academic journey, I gained a comprehensive understanding of architectural principles and design concepts. After graduating, I embarked on a professional career in the same field, building up five years of valuable experience working in architecture companies. During this time, I had the opportunity to work as both an architect and an interior designer, as well as specializing in 3d-modeling, rendering and problem-solving. I am deeply passionate about continuously upgrading my knowledge and insight into the latest methods of architectural designing. I believe in the power of high-quality learning and am eager to expand my expertise further and apply it in real-life projects.

The importance of designing a specialized hospital for psychiatric patients was significant to me, as
it is not given the necessary attention in my country. Therefore, I decided to design a facility that includes all the necessary components for treating various disorders, including neurofeedback and electroencephalography.

porating day rooms, where patients gather or meet with their companions, there is an attempt to create a peaceful space away from the treatment area for them. Another noteworthy point considered in this project is the creation of a central green space in the middle section to provide a pleasant environment for both ambulatory patients and those who require longer treatment. This space, resembling a courtyard, is visible on all floors. Additionally, in treatment areas where there is a higher likelihood of psychological stress, efforts have been made to design green spaces or provide views to the outside to improve the patients’ mood.

Designing a residential complex requires careful consideration of various factors to create a functional and aesthetically pleasing
living environment which I have tried my best to overcome that all. This is 3-storey building with the total number of 75 units containing 22 one-bedroom, 34 two-bedroom, 14 three-bedroom and 5 four-bedroom units which some are provided with a large terrace to benefit the sunlight and the view. I have tried to develop a comprehensive master plan that includes the layout of buildings, open spaces, parking areas, and a playing ground for children. I have had in mind to consider factors like building orientation for optimal sunlight exposure and views as well. - orientation for optimal sunlight exposure
- vertical development & adding terrace

IV. ARCHITECTURAL SKETCH
Masoudieh Palace - Tehran,Iran
Valiasr Street - Tehran,Iran Hassan Abad Square - Tehran,Iran
Architectural Sketch is a free expression, free from the limitations of other arts, far from imposing a move-
ment to reach the main essence of objects, the main essence of creation. To zero, to the beginning, not by word, not by definition, not by condescension, not by hypocrisy, not by doubt, frankly. A short expression, creating a feeling that does not require thinking.

The interior design of the Med-
iterranean restaurant is inspired by the local restaurants in Mykonos and Santorini. The walls are designed with white plaster, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. As well as Navy blue accents, which are incorporated throughout the space, adding a touch of depth. Natural wood elements are also present, providing warmth and a rustic feel. The furniture is carefully chosen to evoke the atmosphere of a local diner while maintaining a modern aesthetic. The lighting is dim, creating a cozy and intimate setting, with candles placed on the tables to enhance the cozy atmosphere. Even the tableware is inspired by the local restaurants, featuring the type of plates and patterns that reflect the Mediterranean culture. The curved and smooth surfaces add a sense of fluidity and grace to the overall design. View 3
