Nobitex Office

Nobitex office My Role: Interior design | phase II | Lighting Design | Corridor decorative ceiling design

Nobitex is a fintech company that operates in the cryptocurrency exchange market. The name Nobitex is a combination of three parts: “No” representing new, “Bit” representing Bitcoin, and “Ex” representing exchange.During the design process, we considered these features and incorporated them into the office design. The high-tech design style and exposed ceiling represent the company’s innovative nature.Circular forms can be seen throughout the office in lighting and accessories, symbolizing the transformation of linear forms to circular ones, which represents exchange. Another important aspect of the office design is the flexibility of the space, allowing for various uses.

During the design process, company identity is represented by the use of branding colors and logo.

Decorative Ceiling The decorative ceiling is designed to represent the interconnected network of nodes and blockchain technology.

False Ceiling Installing false ceilings made a striking addition to a room's overall design.

The office emanates a futuristic vibe with its exposed ceilings, concrete flooring, and glass partitions, inspiring creativity and innovation.

Lighting Every space has a unique atmosphere that requires different forms of lighting.

Vegetation, wooden textures, and sunlight creates a refreshing atmosphere in the office.

Locker & File Lockers serve as a partition and provide a storage solution.

Glass Partiton In order to maintain a transparent and open work environment, glass partitions are utilized.

Divider Wall Interior walls divide spaces for privacy and designated use.

The Red Box is a private space designed for people who want to eat or work without any disturbance.

In order to provide more flexibility in the office arrangement, a new option is being considered. Instead of assigning personal desks to each employee, lockers will be installed to store their belongings. This will allow employees to work from any available desk or workspace, which can help to foster collaboration and creativity. Additionally, the use of lockers can help to reduce clutter and improve the overall organization of the office. Overall, this new approach can provide a more efficient and dynamic work environment.

Workstations are designed for productivity and comfort, with various layouts and features to accommodate different work styles and preferences. Collaboration and teamwork are promoted through OpenOffice values and transparency.

We have concentration and silent booths for those who need a quiet workspace, as well as isolated rooms for complete privacy.

For each specific area, we have assigned a particular closet that is intended to be used for storing items related to that area.

Bit Pin Office

Bit Pin Office My Role: Plan Redesign | Interior design | phase II | Lighting Design | Presentation Material and furniture choosing Bitpin is a fintech company that specializes in cryptocurrency technology. They have a second branch in Tehran, which has a unique identity while still retaining the essence of the main office in Rasht city. The Tehran branch is designed mainly for team-building activities and HR meetings, and the team comprises 10 to 30 people. However, only 2 or 3 people work at the office full-time, while the rest of the team works remotely. To promote transparency and collaboration between employees and managers, we used glass partitions with the brand pattern applied to ensure privacy.

Reception

Reception The primary focus and investment have been put into the reception area, which serves as the entrance to the office and has been designed to provide a “wow” factor for visitors. Due to budget and space constraints, we have concentrated on creating an inviting space that includes a secretary’s counter, a flower box, and a bench. This area serves as an ideal waiting and resting place for employees and visitors alike. The main material is gray MDF with a microcement cover featuring a brand pattern that fades as it approaches the bench. Each part is separated for easy mobility. 14

Silent Work Space

Silent Work Space A silent workspace with a locker is provided for managers who need to concentrate deeply. Another locker is provided for other personnel with access from the hallway. The view into this particular room is unique in that it is carefully controlled by a series of plants situated at eye level. These plants have been strategically placed to obscure certain areas of the room from view while revealing others. 16

Manager Room The manager’s room has been designed with a formal appearance in mind. This room’s color scheme is a mix of navy blue, which is the branding color, and gray to create a neutral and calming atmosphere. This decision was made to avoid a hectic and distracting environment, allowing the manager to concentrate more easily on their work. Overall, the office has been thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable and productive environment for the manager. 20

Holiday Unit

Holiday Unit My Role: Plan Redesign | Interior design | phase II | Lighting Design | Material and furniture choosing This residential unit is exclusively meant for holiday stays and is owned by an elderly couple who frequently hosts their children. Therefore, it is essential to consider ample space for bedrooms and closets to ensure a comfortable stay for all. The ideal style for this unit is modern, with a sleek and clean aesthetic. The color palette of this unit primarily consists of gray tones, complemented by wooden textures that add warmth. Overall, the design of this unit should be modern, sleek, and inviting, emphasizing the stunning sea view. The goal is to create a comfortable and relaxing space where guests can enjoy their holiday to the fullest.
