MOTIVATION LETTER Hello CIMSA!
It really is a pleasure for me to finally be a part of CIMSA. CIMSA has taught me about
so
many
things.
One
of
it
is
that
I
have
to
be
a
courageous
person.
Candidating myself to become one of the official team of CIMSA Unsoed is one of the bravest thing I have chosen. I am sure this will be a very long and not an easy journey but I hope I can take every single benefit during this journey.
Before that, let me introduce myself. My name is Shafa Syacharani Pinky Nurrahma. I prefer to be called Shafa but most people around me prefer to call me Pinky. Right now, I am a medical student at Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto. I become a member of CIMSA Unsoed since 2019 and my SCO is SCORA. With this letter I would like to tell the readers about my motivation and reason of why I want to be a part of the official team of CIMSA Unsoed.
Becoming a part of CIMSA this past few months has given me some great impact. Every CIMSA meetings that I have attended always make me want to improve my quality of life. Of course, I will not waste this effect that CIMSA has given to me. I will take every benefit of being a part of CIMSA to be more than just an ordinary person. I also realize that I have not given CIMSA something in return. Therefore, I want to give my best contribution to make a better and more developed CIMSA, especially CIMSA Unsoed.
CIMSA has always been a fun platform to learn and have a lot of experiences. One of my fun experience with CIMSA was when I attended May Meeting 2019 at Semarang. There, I could see CIMSA National candidates who were presenting their vision, mission, and plan of actions. I was mesmerized by their knowledge and their bravery while presenting what they had prepared for a long time. At the event, I met some new friends from different universities too. Some of them were just like me who was a first year medical student and just joined CIMSA. When I got into conversation with them, I realized that my CIMSA knowledge was nothing near to theirs. Even some of them already had ambition to develop with CIMSA and planned to enroll themselves to become local official. Right now,Â
I heard that one of my friend have already
become Local Coordinator and another one have become Vice Local Coordinator
for Internal Affairs. These experiences at May Meeting Semarang makes me want to be one of the official team even more.
Being one of the official team will definitely bring significant impact to me. Big responsibility will shape me into the better version of myself. As one of the official team, it will be easier for me to approach local official team from other universities or even CIMSA National official team. It will make me get a lot more knowledge from them. Beside that, if I become one of an official team of CIMSA Unsoed, it will be an honour for me because I will become one of the person who play a big part on developing CIMSA Unsoed.
After various consideration, I am candidating myself as a Vice Local Coordinator for Internal Affairs of CIMSA Unsoed. I want to make a better CIMSA Unsoed internally by improving the quality of its member, improving the system in CIMSA Unsoed, and a lot more things. I also realized that to accomplish all of this I can not work by myself. Therefore, I will try my best to embrace the internal official team and work together to make a better CIMSA Unsoed internally.
CIMSA Unsoed still needs more improvement in a lot of aspect. There are a lot of achievements that CIMSA Unsoed has not yet achieved but I am sure we will get it soon with more effort. I hope the next official team of CIMSA Unsoed can make CIMSA Unsoed better than it is today. Hopefully, I would be one of the official team to accomplish it. Thank you. Mengadakan pertemuan internal team minimal 2 kali dalam satu periode.
Mengawasi kinerja internal supporting division melalui pengerjaan VLI Journal yang nantinya akan di bahas pada pertemuan internal team CIMSA Unsoed.
3 Bersama seluruh internal supporting division selalu berkonsultasi dengan official nasional sesuai dengan jabatannya.

Bersama HRDC memberikan penghargaan berupa Best Member of SCO pada tiap akhir periode.

Mengadakan training tentang job description RSD Team secara lebih terperinci untuk RSD Team terpilih.
lokal CIMSA pada May Meeting 2019 di Semarang merupakan awal dari perjuangan. Perjuangan tersebut harus dilanjutkan. Memegang tongkat perjuangan menjadi salah satu hal yang saya inginkan. Agar nantinya saya akan lebih bisa mengembangkan diri dan membuat saya berkontribusi lebih untuk CIMSA. Akhirnya, sampai pada akhir dari candidature plan saya. Saya berharap hal-hal yang saya tuangkan dalam wadah ini akan memberikan dampak yang signifikan kepada CIMSA Unsoed, Unversitas Jenderal Soedirman, dan masyarakat di sekitar. Terimakasih.
