Hospitality Project FASHION HAUS BOUTIQUE HOTEL

Project Description A place to eat, live and sleep with style. The main purpose of this hotel is to create the experience of luxury living to guests. It will be a place where the guests choose to live the brand for a few days; in other words they will be choosing to stay in a guest room that speaks the style of particular fashion designer. Also, as part of the hotel main functions, is to have this environment that embraces the local art and artist through the art and fashion show events throughout the year. In the meanwhile, art performance can be held at days when no fashion shows take place as a way to engage the society with arts and design. Also, there will be a restaurant that will offer three different experiences throughout its design one as a classic formal dinning space, the second as a more intimate casual area and a cocktail lounge area with a bar. This will provide different options for the guests, public and business entrepreneurs to dine according to their preferences. As a supplementary required function space, there will be a business lounge for the hotel guests. The business lounge will be a combination between a lounge space, an office and yet giving the feeling of being at home. It will provide the guests with all the qualitative services needed.

Programme Mission

Turning experiences into love stories by creating an upper class luxury hotel thatgoes beyond people’s expectation about hotel stays. In addition, enriching the community with the art and fashion knowledge base.

Vision Create an artistic space that entice and draw people into the local and international designers world. My vision throughout this design proposal is to enlighten people with the current trends of fashion as well as prevailing the newest wrinkle of the fashion industry. In addition, giving people the opport unity to live, eat and sleep in a genuine, and luxury lifestyle.
