Disorder AUTUMN/WINTER 15-16
Disorder: confused or messy state, lack of order, disarray. Mix of bold colors ranging from bright neons to bold saturated tones, muted color and everything in between. The use of pattern and print will be heavy, taking you from bold geometric to organic and abstract. All will focus on texture whether it be soft and muted or noticeable. The trends that will emerge will be called: amnesia, hallucination, mania, depression and hoarder. Making up the megatrend Disorder.
AMNESIA
Amnesia: a condition that causes you to forget things in your short term memory. muted earthy tones, fabrics and print focusing on texture.
