5ON5 LEAGUE
BASKETBALL DSF is offering an Adult Co-Ed Basketball League on Tuesday nights. The first game will start at 6:30pm. League begins Tuesday, Sept 13, and will continue for 8 weeks. Games will be full court and supervised without referees. Maximum number of players per team is 10. Open to male and female participants. DSF members only.

RACQUETBALL LEAGUE Dakotah! Sport and Fitness will be offering advanced and novice racquetball leagues this fall. Games will occur Monday and Wednesday nights.
Join us for a 10-week Get P.H.A.T. session! Sessions will include the following: Weekly workouts, weigh-ins, body fat and circumference measurements, general nutritional information, personalized coaching, and more!

Jab, Cross, Front (right side): Stand with your right foot in front of the left, hips facing to the left. Bring your arms up into a boxing position. Jab forward with the right arm; then throw a “cross� punch with the left arm, letting your body rotate as your left arm crosses over your body to the right. Your bodyweight should be over your right foot, with your back heel picking up off the floor slightly. Bring both arms back into the body, shifting your weight back to the starting position and facing front. Repeat on the left side.
Sumo Squats: Position your feet a little more than hip-width apart and point your toes out at a 45-degree angle. Keeping your weight on your heels, your back flat and chest upright, lower yourself until your thighs are parallel to the floor. Engage your glutes and quads and push back to the start position. Repeat.
Jumping Jacks: Start by standing upright with your feet hip-width apart and your arms at your sides. Jump your feet out while raising your arms. Repeat as fast as possible.
