INSTANT POT ITALIAN WEDDING SOUP Ingredients 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 onion, diced 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 package mini meatballs 1 carrot, sliced 2 teaspoons Greek seasoning ½ cup orzo

Instructions 8 cups chicken broth 2 cups fresh spinach ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes ¼ cup Parmesan cheese Juice of 1 lemon Parsley (optional garnish)
Add olive oil to Instant Pot and set to sauté mode. Add onions and garlic and cook until soft. Add meatballs and slightly brown. Add carrots, Greek seasoning, orzo, and broth.
