Makes about six .15-ounce containers
Ingredients: 2 tablespoons jojoba oil 1 tablespoon beeswax pastilles 10-15 drops Veriditas peppermint essential oil 1 tablespoon cocoa butter Instructions • • •
Melt beeswax, cocoa butter, and oil together in a glass container with a spout in the microwave. Or place glass container in a pot over simmering water to melt the beeswax. Stir until ingredients are liquified, and then add essential oils. Mix well and pour liquid into lip balm tubes, tins, or jars.

GLUTEN-FREE ESPRESSO CRUNCH COOKIES Ingredients: Dry Ingredients ¾ cup Pamela’s Baking Mix ¼ cup cocoa powder ½ teaspoon baking powder ¾ teaspoon sea salt
Melt; Add 4 tablespoons butter 1 egg ¾ teaspoon vanilla ½ cup agave syrup 1½ tablespoons espresso 4 ounces chocolate
Fold In ⅓ cup chocolate chips 4 tablespoons raw cacao nibs
Whisk dry ingredients and set aside. Melt chocolate and add espresso and mix well. Add melted butter and vanilla and mix well. Add agave and stir until well-blended. Add egg and mix well. Combine wet with dry ingredients until well-blended. Fold in chips and cacao nibs. Drop by tablespoons on greased cookie sheet and top with smoked sea salt (optional).
