THE IDEA FOR THIS DRAFTING SCHOOL COMES FROM COMBINING THE SHAPES OF THE DIFFERENT DRAFTING TOOLS LIKE A T-SQUARE, A TRIANGLE AND A PROTRACTOR. IT IS A THREE-LEVEL BUILDING WITH THE MAIN ENTRANCE IN THE CORNER WHERE DIFFERENT SHAPES COME TOGETHER.

The focus of this project is an indoor pool with required spaces for it like showers, saunas, and lockers. The design and envelop of building tries to infuse the idea of modernity to the environments. Hand rendering adds another level of self-interest to this design.

THIS RESIDENTIAL HOUSE IS ALL HAND DRAFTING CONSISTING OF TWO LEVELS AND AN ATTACHED GARAGE. THE DRAWINGS INCLUDE THE FOUNDATION PLAN, FIRST FLOOR PLAN, SECTIONS, ELEVATIONS, AND DETAILS.

2200 Hunt Street Police Station

2200 Hunt Street Station

This building is a historical police station located in the intersection of Hunt and Dubois streets in Detroit, MI. It was completed in May of 1897 and served as the Third Precinct for Detroit’s Metropolitan Police Department for 63 years. The Project involved drawing of the site plan, floor plans, data plans, reflected ceiling plans, and elevations in addition to the detailed entrance and all the ornaments used for exterior.

GREAT SOUTHERN GOLF AND RESORT, GULFPORT, MISSISSIPI

THE PROJECT IS AN EXISTING GOLD CLUB IN GULFPORT WHICH THE OWNER WANTS TO ADD SOME PARTS LIKE AN OUTDOOR POOL, TWO TENNIS COURTS AND A LOUNGE OUTDOOR SEATING AREA TO THE CLUB. THERE HAVE BEEN SOME CHANGES TO THE INTERIOR SPACES AS WELL, AND ONE MORE LEVEL HAS BEEN ADDED TO THE EXSITING BUILDING.

THE EXISTING BUILDING IS A ABANDONED FACTORY. THE NEW OWNER DECIDED TO PRESERVE THE HISTORICAL TOWER OF THE MAIN ENTRANCE AND RENOVATE THE ACTUAL FACTORY INSIDE AND OUTSIDE. THE INTENTION WAS TO USE PASSIVE STRATETIES AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE TO SAVE ENERGY LIKE WIND TURBINES AND SOLAR PANELS. ALSO ADDING AUDITORIUMS WITH 680 SEATS WAS ANOTHER PROPOSED IDEA.
