APRIL:

1. Get the A/C units serviced

2. Check the sprinkler system

3. Check the water softener and replenish the salt

4. Inspect sidewalks and driveway for cracks

5. Inspect sink, shower, and bath for caulking deterioration

MAY:

1. Replace batteries in smoke and CO2 detectors

2. Check indoor and outdoor air vents for blockage

3. Run water and flush toilets in unused spaces

4. Clean windows and door screens

5. Add fresh mulch to the yard

JUNE:

1. Clean faucets and shower heads to

4. Check for chipped exterior paint

5. Clean garbage disposal
