Hey everyone, First of all, I’d like to thank you for your interest in Mangobean. Can’t blame you really since we are pretty awesome! I’m happy (bit of understatement!) to introduce our Mangobean Coffee Shop brochure for prospective joint venture partners. Here at Mangobean, we’ve had an amazing year with a number of shops now in full swing around the country! People are starting to fall in love with our awesome coffee and having a fun experience in our coffee shops! I’ve been setting up coffee shops, selling own branded products and banging on about the perfect coffee shop concept for years, now we are taking the Mangobean brand and concept nationwide! It’s simple, if you love coffee and having a bit of crack with people and want the independence that comes with running you own coffee shop business you will love Mangobean! Our brand is all about delicious coffee, enjoying life, great products and obviously making loads of WONGA! There are too many coffee shops where the owner or the brand is a bit ‘stuffy’, where you need a degree in understanding what a “half-decaf no-foam cortado with an extra shot of espresso is” or a “Grande, iced, sugar free vanilla latte with soy milk” when you just want a cuppa with your friends!

Here at Mangobean, we keep things simple as a concept and it works a treat for us, our partners and customers! We provide full support from finding the right location to negotiating, assisting and raising finances to build your coffee shop from the ground up! We offer complete barista and managerial support with soft and grand opening for your store (or stores).

Now the exciting part of our store – you will be able to roast coffee on site and offer consumers choice and freshness in a cup that is not only real value for money but is the freshest coffee in any high street!

We are the main supplier – this means as a business we are well accustomed to sourcing and marketing our own products! We’ve done this for over 10 years now!

WHY CHOOSE MANGOBEAN? • One of our exciting attributes is that we wanted to be affordable and very appealing to prospective partners. We are in the drinks game not building rocket ships game! Keeping things very simple is central to our brand ethos. • We don’t charge management fees or admin fees - we are the main supplier of products meaning we make our money with you, not from you! (and for the suspicious person reading this, don’t worry all of our products are set at market prices) The more you sell - the more you buy! It’s a beautiful partnership! Mangobean FAQs I’VE COMPLETED THE APPLICATION FORM SO WHAT’S NEXT? If you haven’t already had a 1-2-1 or met the management team at one of our Discovery Days, we’ll arrange a meeting with you (in person or over the phone) to establish your suitability for a Mangobean Joint Venture Partnership.

OK COOL, I MEET THE CRITERIA AND I’M RARING TO GO - THEN WHAT? By now you should have had all the information you need (if not, just get in touch!) and can’t wait to jump on board! At this point you’ll need to pay 50% of the license fee. During the process you are free to either seek legal council or go through the franchise agreement yourself to ensure you’re happy with all of the documentation. Once you’re happy, the franchise agreement gets signed and you pay the remainder of the license fee.

WELCOME ON BOARD PARTNER! LET’S GET STARTED! By now you will know exactly where you want your coffee shop location to be and we will start searching for the right retail unit for you, either using our database or via third parties. We recommend as it’s your business and you will know where you would love to be located that you do most of the searching in the first instance. We will always attend once you have found a site you desire. At this stage we can give you our expert opinion and discuss how to proceed.

OK SO WE HAVE FOUND YOUR SITE - WHAT NOW? Once you’re happy with the location then it’s a case of agreeing HOT’s with the landlord, ensuring the finances are all in place whether that be with banks, finance companies and/or parents. We give the solicitors the green light to organise the legals and then work with you and a surveyor to get the layout agreed! You will have your own project manager to make sure the site build runs smoothly and they will help with recruitment and training, ensuring the stores opens on time and you start to see a return on your investment straight away!
