The world of business Billy, as he is known to many around him, started off early in life by taking interest in the parking garages his father founded. Soon after, he went to University of Colorado for his graduation, and after he returned, he joined the family business. The company was then known as Imperial Parking Systems, but Lerner turned it into brand that’s known as iPark today. He ensured that technology was introduced in the industry in a functional way, while spending a lot of time on revamping and bettering operational functions. Knowing the potential of New York real estate landscape, he also worked on acquisitions, changing the company to a reliable brand.

Beyond work However, just getting profits never made Bill Lerner happy. He kept craving for more, and he was strongly involved in charity work since the start of his career. He then founded the charity called Billy for Kids, which pledges to work for underprivileged children. The organization has aims to donate shoes to children all over the world, so that the parasitic and other bacterial diseases borne in soil can be prevented. His organization also works with other charities from time to time, trying to influence others to donate and volunteer.
