HOW TO SPA AT CHI
Reservations
Advance booking prior to the intended treatment time is recommended. Please either call or visit the spa, should you wish to discuss your personalised treatment.
What to Wear
Spa robes and slippers are provided in your treatment room.
A gown for guests having a facial is available, as is disposable underwear for guests having a massage, body scrub or wrap.
Minimum Age
To maintain the peaceful environment, children under 12 years old are not permitted in the spa.
Arriving Time
To make the most of your therapy, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appoinment. Upon your arrival at CHI, The Spa, you will be given a health consultation. Please advice the therapist if you are pregnant or have any health issues.
Cancellation
In consideration of other spa guests, as your treatment requires facilities to be reserved, the spa requests a minimum notice of 2 hours if you are unable to keep your appointment. Please call to reschedule. No-shows or appointments cancelled within 2 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Preparing for Your Treatment
For ladies, no preparation is necessary. For men, we recommend shaving prior to having a facial to ensure maximum comfort and benefit for the skin.
Privacy
Your privacy will be protected at all times. Your therapist will leave you to change in private, and, throughout the treatment, you will be draped with towels covering all parts of the body not being treated.
