Get to know the many faces of our lovable staff. Our chosen personality of the quarter is executive housekeeper, Ms. Tay Peck Lan. Faultlessly passionate and extremely dedicated, Ms. Tay's responsibility in ensuring all 492 guest room needs are met has kept her occupied for the last 16 years. Her wealth of experience in the hospitality industry is a boon to the resort and a great resource for anyone in need of advice and assistance.
When asked about what keeps her going, Ms. Tay is quick to thank her team of committed housekeeping staff for their cheerful working spirit and enthusiasm. Her most memorable working experience was during the renovation of Tanjung Wing in 2002. Despite many challenges and a busy schedule, Ms Tay and her team of efficient housekeepers managed to stand united and achieve the resort's goal to get the wing up and running and in immaculate order. Kudos, Ms Tay, we are indeed privileged to have you with us every step of the way!

Guest Comments Thank you for sharing your experience with us.
We are writing to convey our thanks for the wonderful service you and your staff provided for our recent holiday. You made our wedding anniversary even more special by helping us to celebrate it in a very special way. The welcome and farewell were truly amazing and the level of personal service from all the staff we came into contact with was marvelous and much appreciated. The upgraded room was lovely and so was every other aspect of our stay. I could carry on for ages and still not be able to convey how much we appreciated it all! Please pass on our thanks to all those involved in making our stay so special. We are looking forward to seeing you all again. Lorraine and Peter Smith
My family and I stayed in your wonderful hotel and we want to pass on our heartfelt thanks to you and your staff for making our holiday so wonderful. We have not had the opportunity to take a holiday for a number of years and so to arrive at your hotel and to have received the amazing and genuine welcome, has left us speechless. The staff are so attentive and nothing appears to be too much trouble or indeed impossible to arrange! We have received amazing service from all the staff, however if you have an employee of the month then I would like to nominate your concierge James who has been so helpful in organising transport and recommending places we should visit, helping to make our holiday the best experience ever. Huge thanks again to you and your team. Neil, Michelle & Ethan
