Mandatory IT Authorization for Application/Software Installation

To enhance TAH's data security and protect against potential risks, we have implemented a new policy that requires IT authorization before any application or software can be installed in Hotel computers. This measure aims to ensure that only approved and secure software is utilized, minimizing the risk of malicious programs and unauthorized access to sensitive information.

Effective immediately, any requirement for a non-standard application / software, all employees are required to submit a request to IT department via designated e-form below.

The request should include the following details:

• Name and purpose of the software

• Version number, if applicable

• Source or website from which the software will be downloaded

• Justification for installation, including any specific business needs or requirements

Upcycling Activity by TAH x TAME

On 24 July, 36 students and 15 teachers from Sabah College, Westwood Secondary School, Singapore and Cakra Buana High School, Indonesia came to TAH for a field trip. During their field trip, the students learnt to make candles out of used cooking oil and Nespresso insect out of used Nespresso coffee capsules. The sessions were held by the resort and Tanjung Aru Marine Ecosystem Centre (TAME) respectively.

E-foiling is back!

starting on June 14th, 2023!!

On 15 July 2023, STAR MARINA implemented CASHLESS payment system for their ferry service, equipment rental, sunset cruise, fishing charter & island cruising charter, water sports etc.

E-foiling can be booked through Star Marina and is available daily from 9am to 5pm.

STAR MARINA no longer accepts CASH transaction, all payment only accept will be Cards, E-wallets payments. For In-house guests, they can settle either Cards, e-wallets payments, or room charge.
