Special Offer by Sedona Waterproofing Solutions

Sedona Waterproofing Solutions is offering free inspections and quotes, plus for a limited time, a special $250 discount to Natural Awakenings readers. Along with crawl space encapsulation, structural repair and care, other moisture control services offered by the locally owned and operated business include mold remediation, foundation and basement waterproofing and repair, moisture prevention, downspout/French drains, annual maintenance and emergency services.

“Most indoor air quality issues in homes begin in one place: the crawl space,” says owner Josh Landrio. “Recent above-average rainfall in the Carolinas plus our higher humidity is resulting in more moisture in crawl spaces. Sealing and encapsulating your crawl space can help prevent moisture problems like mold, mildew, wood rot, termite and bug infestations and ruined insulation. It can also result in annual energy savings of between 15 and 30 percent, increase the value of your home, and most importantly, improve the quality of air your family breathes in your home.”

As Certified Waterproofing Specialists, they use the highest quality products and materials; all work comes with a warranty and Sedona Waterproofing Solutions is bonded and insured.

Landrio previously worked with autistic children and understands how poor air quality can negatively impact health, particularly in vulnerable populations, so providing this service is very important to him.

For more information or arrange for a free inspection, quote and special discount (use code NACLT), call 704-960-7906, email SedonaWaterproofingSolutions@gmail.com or visit www.SedonaWaterproofing.com.
