Providing Special Way to Improve Well-Being

by Martin Miron

Integrative Health and Wellness Coach Ashley Logan, MBA, of Charlotte-based Ashley Logan Wellness is providing a special way this month for people to learn more about the specific steps they can take to improve their well-being. She is offering a free What is Your Wellness Type? quiz on her website for participants to determine and focus on the best strategies, tools and practices to look and feel their best by creating and maintaining a healthy, balanced lifestyle that supports their professional and personal goals.

Those who take the quiz this month will also receive a free eBook, 18 Ways to Balance Mind + Body + Soul for Optimal Health and Well-Being and have the op- portunity to schedule a free consultation with her.

She offers personalized, holistic wellness plans and accountability to fit each client’s specific goals and lifestyle. Along with private sessions, the Renew Program three-month coaching package is customized with six one-on-one virtual impactful coaching sessions to fasttrack clients’ most pressing health and wellness goals in exploring strategies to support physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health so they start feeling their best. A sixmonth, 12-session package is also available.

She also offers a six-week group coaching program—providing support, friendship, tools and practices to live a healthier and more balanced life—and plans to begin a weekly in-person women’s circle.

“After working 10-plus years in corporate advertising and marketing, earning my MBA in International Business, and raising my three incredible children I had to sort through my own stress-related health issues,” says Logan. “It was only when I took a holistic approach that I started to experience a shift. This has led me on a journey to turn my life-long passion of health and wellness into my profession. I became a certified integrative health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and Duke Integrative Medicine as well as registered 200-hour yoga instructor. My knowledge, experience, and relatability have fueled the growth of my business.”

Logan adds, “I know how hard it can be to implement health professionals’ recommendations; I help clients apply modifications to work within their unique circumstances, so they achieve faster results.”

Costs for coaching start at $45/session. For more information, take the quiz or enroll in a coaching program, visit www.AshleyLoganWellness.com or @ashleyloganwellness on Instagram and Facebook.
