 Current and monitored LEP students ≥ 2 years in U.S.  Tests – Grades 3‐11 o English versions of TAKS, TAKS‐ Accm, TAKS‐M o TELPAS  Standard = 60% for Recognized or Exemplary  Progress Criteria o Met Standard on TAKS/TAKS‐ Accm/TAKS‐M o Met TELPAS Criteria (varies based on years in U.S.)  See Appendix H of 2009 AEIS Glossary
