And while you’re ready to sprinkle your Black girl magic internationally, you can’t help but wonder just how different international travel really is. That’s why we’ve put together this list of things you need to keep in mind when you’re traveling out the country: TIP #1

Make sure you have all the proper vaccinations. Some countries require additional vaccinations for entry, so check in with the doc to ensure you’re up to date. Also, connect with your medical insurance to see if they cover out of the country emergencies. Better to stay ready! TIP #2

Make copies of everything! The last thing you want to do is get stuck in a foreign country if your passport is lost or stolen.

So, make both digital and paper copies of important documents like your itinerary, accommodations, passport and ID. TIP #3
