The rendered image shows the circulation space view towards the entrance of the lift lobby which proposed to overcome the problem of often feel invasive to privacy as people pass by. A semi-public concept where the circulation space through spatial organization can perform as both circulation and informal areas to the apartments. The semi-public space performs as a greenhouse, a separate climatic zone, which makes the spaces comfortable throughout the year. The semi-public space becomes a setting that encourages social communities within the housing complex.
INTERIOR STUDY Top left rendered image shows the interior of living space. Bare finish concrete wall forms the interior partition of space while ceiling and certain walls are white plaster painted wall to soften the rawness of the interior and give a sense of volume. Hardwood flooring helps to keep the floor warm. Double glazed sliding door and windows keep the indoor heat circulating and prevent heat loss. Lower left shows the rendered image of kitchen and dining space. Most of the wall surface are bare concrete while the ceiling is painted in white. The flooring material is the same in the whole unit which is hardwood as to efficiently keep the space warm. A curtain is installed to increase privacy and shading purpose.
STRUCTURAL AND FABRIC FACADE STUDY This housing scheme located at Everton park aims to house the young professionals and families and various facilities are provided to serve community living at Everton. The primary material for this scheme is concrete as it acts as structures and exterior facade. Main reason is because of its durability and scale of this project. Double glazed glass is placed at every blocks unit and circulation area as it can prevent heat loss and allow natural daylight to enter the spaces. Concrete materials are used for building blocks that are sitting on the ground whereas building blocks that are designed to be ‘floating’ in the mid-air are using steel structure system which composed of Vierendeel trusses. As shown in the structural diagram, the ‘floating’ blocks are mainly supported by two lift core that extends from the ground floor. The units and circulation bridges are supported by using Vierendeel trusses that are strong enough to support the whole blocks itself. As this trusses are rigidly-jointed, having only vertical members between the top and bottom chords. The chords are normally parallel or near parallel. Elements in Vierendeel trusses are subjected to bending, axial force and shear , unlike conventional trusses with diagonal web members where the members are primarily designed for axial loads. Vierendeel trusses are usually more expensive than conventional trusses and their use limited to instances where diagonal web members are either obtrusive or undesirable. Through the compositional study, the elevations of the building are formed through the consistency of arrangement of three different types units for every floor. Grid system is used to enable faster and convenience way of building construction.

GENOA HEALTH AND WELLNESS CENTRE
Genoa Leisure and Wellness Centre which offers a wide range of sports facilities and recreational activities aims to enchance he community health quality and encourage a healthy lifestyle in their everyday routines. The leisure and wellness centre sits at the edge of the Genoa’s waterfront overlooking the view of the seaports. With Genoa being one of the significant port, thousands of visitors come to the city every day through the cruises, result in blooming of economics especially in the tourism. The proposed scheme sits on a strategic location which can provide a proper wellness centre that can attract crowds from the city centre and reclaim the once dilapidated land. The idea for this scheme is to bring the flow by utilising the proposed landscape feature which is the floating platform walkway surrounding the masterplan into the programs. In order to expand public edges and draw in adjacent water edges, several new landscape features have been proposed such as the artificial beach and the pockets of pool that incorporated as a continuity of the language from the proposed scheme hence creating ambiguities, blurring the interior and exterior with the surrounding landscape.
