When I Took Charge of Resetting My Back Pain

“The greatest wealth is health” I’m sure I’ve heard this statement somewhere but did not realize its true meaning until chronic pain in my lower back started coming in the way of my life and career. I was unable to move like before, the constant pain was taking a toll on my body and mind. I tried many OTC pain killer tablets for back pain but nothing seemed to provide substantial results. I became desperate in my search for a long-term, effective relief for back pain. That is when I started reading online about alternative medicine and naturopathy. By definition, naturopathy is a scientific method to diagnose, treat and cure chronic ailments through herbal medicines, diet, exercise, lifestyle counseling, hydrotherapy and spiritual healing. I adopted a few of these techniques in my healing journey for easing chronic pain and restoring my back to a good shape. What I Did to Ease Pain and Reset My Back I guess almost everybody deals with back pain at some point in their lives. But no matter when it started or what caused it, back pain is a real inconvenience and nobody should have to deal with it for long. Here are few things I did to start feeling better.

#1 Avoided prolonged sitting An inactive, sedentary lifestyle is the real culprit. Most of us have desk jobs which demand us to sit for long periods in the same posture. This puts pressure and stress on the spine, the lower back muscles and joints causing pain. I set a reminder in my phone to get up and move around after every hour to avoid excessive strain on my back. I also chose an ergonomic chair that supports back and spine health.

#2 Tried yoga and light exercises Yoga and light stretching exercises increase joint flexibility, remove muscle fatigue and improve blood circulation. For effective and long-term relief for back pain, I started with slow stretches in the morning and added more exercises to the routine as I got comfortable.

#3 Practiced mindful meditation I’ve read that mindful meditation is a great way to stimulate the release of feel-good hormones (endorphins, serotonin) in your body to lessen pain sensation. Initially, it was difficult to concentrate for long, so I started with simple breathing exercises such as taking 10 deep, slow breaths in a row and then gradually ramped up to 10-15 minutes of meditation every morning. I feel meditation reduced anxiety, enhanced my concentration levels and is more effective than any OTC pain killer tablets for back pain.

#4 Embraced herbal therapy Herbal therapy is an age-old technique of using botanical formulations for chronic pain management. When I realized I was stuck in a vicious cycle of chronic back pain crippling my ability to perform routine tasks I had to take immediate action. I started using R3set instant natural pain killer spray and the results were unbelievable. It provided me with instant pain relief, reduced joint stiffness and restored joint health. It enabled me to revive my dreams by providing the extra-strength I needed to conquer physical challenges. And, the good news? I got effective relief for back pain without any major complications or side-effects of medication.

The Answer is “Natural Cure” Completing the course of prescription or OTC pain killer tablets for back pain only offers a temporary fix. For a permanent solution, I recommend embracing natural and holistic therapeutic interventions that tap into the body's innate ability to heal and restore wellness. Honestly speaking, a healthy lifestyle accompanied with R3SET natural painkillers worked like a charm for me in resetting my back pain.
