The Anand Nagar, PCMC brownfield project spans 68,000 sq. meters, privately owned. It comprises 1BHK, 2BHK, and 3BHK units with specific carpet areas. The development also includes society offices, service core, social amenities, parking meeting UDCPR regulations, and essential utilities. Flexible FSI allocation is at the designer’s discretion. Beyond architectural design, the

semester 7 studio covers neighborhood planning, urban edge detailing, UDCPR compliance, and environmental studies like daylight simulations, shading solutions, and resource efficiency. The design approach prioritizes climate responsiveness and user-centric solutions

Trinity Heights, influenced by Moshe Safdie’s design principles, represents an innovative fusion of architecture and nature, promoting well-being and community. Its lush garden oasis, diverse spaces, and commitment to sustainability redefine urban living, exemplifying the essence of architectural innovation and a profound connection between humanity and nature.
