Many services can be accessed without an appointment.

If you still need to apply for your Annual HEAP benefit or enroll in PIPP Plus, go to energyhelp.ohio.gov.

Local appointments are only needed for Crisis Services. Our next Crisis period is July 1 through Aug. 31.
