Nutrition Series Hosted by OSU Extension

SNAP-Ed and LCCAA Head Start are partnering to offer Nourishing Minds and Bodies, a four-week nutrition series offered over Zoom.

The classes, sponsored by the OSU Extension Office in Lorain County, are offered at two different times on Tuesdays in November. Choose 10 a.m. or 1 p.m. Sign up via the Zoom link posted on ClassTag.

Attending the classes makes you eligible for free recipes and ingredients each week as well as giveaways of kitchen gear.
