While interest rates have increased, inventory is still low and we have a lot of pent-up demand, which is great for sellers.
One change we are seeing from last year is that buyers are being more selective; not settling for homes without certain amenities, or bypassing homes requiring too many updates (unless they get a discounted price). Most of our listings are receiving multiple offers, especially after being prepared with our recommendations.
