Morrison police
On Tuesday, May 10, about 1:28 a.m., Morrison police responded to the area of Greenland Drive regarding the sound of gunshots. Morrison police arrested and charged Michael A. Vegter, 28, of Morrison with reckless discharge of a firearm (Class 4 felony). Vegter was transported to the Whiteside County Jail. On Tuesday, May 10, about 5:20 p.m., Morrison police arrested Daphnee D. Wayman, 39, of Morrison, pursuant to a body attachment warrant (civil – non-criminal) issued by Whiteside County.
