The audience was enthused by the band’s performance. Twelve-year-old Zuri Finnicum of Morrison was spottedsinging along while sittingon a concretebarrier.Thoughshelikesall genres of music, she especially loves the music of Dolly and saidit was a greatperformance. Sisters Jane Heath of Morrison and Rhonda Walters of Lone Tree, Iowa, enjoyed their first county fair show together since 2019. They grew up in White Pigeon, just north of Morrison, and have been attending the fair annually for more than six decades. They both appreciated the milder weathersince it’s typically hotandhumidatthefairinAugust.

“The performancewas amazing, and it’s greatthefair could bring in this artist so we could hearDolly’s music,” Rhonda said.
