MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

The right candidate will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and repair operations and ground maintenance. As an excellent maintenance supervisor must be reliable and have a great eye for detail. Technical skills and knowledge of various skilled crafts such as carpentry, plumbing, a plus. Leadership skills are essential. Maintain inventory of materials and equipment

Participate in coordination of projects (e.g. renovations)

Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations Skills

The ability to learn and retain technical knowledge of all building systems (electrical, heating etc.)

Knowledge of health and safety practices and Life Safety Code regulations & required compliance documentation

Computer savvy

Good communication and interpersonal skills
