Street Maintenance Worker
The City of Sterling, Illinois is seeking applicants to fill Street Maintenance Worker position. Responsibilities include manual work, operating light and heavy equipment, repairing streets, sidewalks, curb and gutter, snow and ice removal, carpentry, sewer repair, and general maintenance. Applicant must have a valid driver's license and able to acquire a Class A CDL with tanker endorsement; within 90 days of employment.
